RESCHEDULED MAINTENANCE & UPGRADE
At Reliance eHealth Collaborative, we are committed to delivering secure, reliable, and efficient health information exchange (HIE) services. To continue improving system performance and user experience, we have scheduled an important upgrade to our HIE environment.
Scheduled Maintenance Window
📅 Date: Thursday, July 31, 2025
⏰ Time: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Pacific Time)
This is a reschedule of a maintenance event and upgrade originally planned and announced for July 24, 2025 but unable to be completed because of technical issues with a key vendor for the process.
During this maintenance window, some Reliance services will be temporarily unavailable for all end users, including:

Users of the Reliance Community Health Record (CHR)

Users accessing Reliance via the eHealth Exchange network

Users connecting through their Electronic Health Records (EHRs), such as Epic, eClinicalWorks, Athena, etc.
Note: Interfaces sending patient data from participating partners’ EHRs and Laboratory Orders and Results Interfaces will not experience transmission disruption. All data sent during the upgrade will queue and process automatically after the upgrade is complete.
What’s New in This Upgrade:
🔐 Improved self-service password reset functionality – Community Health Record Password Reset Guide (also accessible on CHR Login Page)
🌐 Preparations to enable querying additional organizations in the External Documents section of the CHR (details coming soon)
📄 Enhanced usability and visibility of the Recently Accessed Records feature within the CHR
