Reliance now offers Quest results delivery as part of our EHR interface package.
If you already have an interface with Reliance and receive results in your EHR, you will need to give Reliance your Quest account number(s) to allow the data to flow to your EHR through Reliance. Contact support@RelianceHIE.org and provide your Quest account number(s) so you can begin the process to access your Quest data through Reliance.

View Quest Results in the Community Health Record
In addition to getting Quest results pushed to you when you order a test from Quest or are copied on a result completed by Quest, users can view Quest results in the Community Health Record. If your patient has had lab work performed by Quest, their results will be available when querying your patients’ health record in Reliance.
