As we embark on 2018 and the exciting year ahead, we pause to reflect on the previous year—a period of repositioning, service enrichment and geographic growth. We began 2017 announcing a new brand, executive director and a growing service area that spans multiple states. Our efforts centered on enhancing and expanding services, which are coming to fruition in 2018. Bringing 2017 to a close, Reliance achieved several significant accomplishments:

  • The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) approved Reliance’s Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) application, enabling Reliance to support reporting of 8 clinical quality measures for our participants. Learn more.
  • Through a competitive bidding process, the Oregon Health Authority announced their intent to contract with Reliance as the sole awardee to provide services for the Oregon HIE Onboarding Program. Learn more.
  • Reliance successfully completed a pilot roll-out of the enhanced and integrated eReferrals application in Central Oregon and is actively working to expand deployment to include Deschutes County Health Department and additional providers in the Central Oregon and Columbia Gorge regions. Yours in good health,

The Reliance Team
