Dawna Oksen is the Chief Financial Officer of Cascade Comprehensive Care (CCC), a managed care organization that serves the Medicaid and Medicare population. CCC is the parent company of Cascade Health Alliance (CHA). CHA is a Coordinated Care Organization serving the Medicaid population for most of Klamath County. CHA works to improve the health of Medicaid members by joining with community partners to connect and advocate for reliable, accessible, and high-quality health care that empowers people to improve their health and wellbeing.
Dawna holds a Bachelor of Science from Oregon Institute of Technology and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant. She is also a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources through Society for Human Resource Management. Dawna currently resides in Klamath Falls with her husband. She has two sons and twin granddaughters.
