About Us

Reliance eHealth Collaborative employs the safe, secure, electronic exchange of health information among authorized providers in the health care community for more timely, efficient and patient-centered care. Founded in Southern Oregon in 2011, Reliance eHealth Collaborative is a community collaboration of health care providers, hospitals, health plans, public health agencies, clinics and others interested in harnessing technology to improve the cost, quality, and efficiency of health care. Since its inception Reliance has grown beyond Southern Oregon to provide Health Information Exchange services throughout Oregon, Washington and parts of Northern California.
