FAQ for Using Referrals
The following are answers to questions frequently asked by Reliance users. You can also click on the links below to view videos demonstrating how to perform tasks in the Reliance referral system. For all other questions, please contact Reliance at info@RelianceHIE.org.
One of my office users forgot their password for Reliance. I am an office admin for Reliance, so am I able to reset their password?
Yes. First, log in to Reliance, select the Preferences Wheel (top right hand side of screen), and access the Admin tab. Click User Administration. From there you may reset passwords, create new users, and also make users that have left the organization inactive.
I am an office admin user on Reliance and I forgot my password, what should I do?
Please e-mail info@RelianceHIE.org or call Reliance with your name and the name of your practice and Reliance will reset your password. You will receive a phone call with the updated password.
How do I add a new user?
First, log in to iNexx, select the Preferences Wheel (top right hand side of screen), and access the Admin tab. Click User Administration, and then select Add New User. From there you may add a new user.
My office has received a new referral, what do I do now?
Acting on a New Referral:
I am unable to contact the patient to schedule a specialty visit and the phone number provided is not working. How do I communicate this?
